Problem

As part of a partnership with a major group in the agricultural sector, 321Founded mandates us to identify the blocking points in the sales funnel of the company concerned.

To do this, we organize several interviews with field sales representatives, who tell us the following issues:

  • Centralization and recording of the history of customer exchanges, currently sent by email to the entire team.
  • Real-time note taking: possibility of writing and saving reports directly during customer appointments, rather than entering them late into the CRM (often in the evening or at the weekend).
  • Quick access to customer data: instant visualization of graphs and indicators on a customer's activity, without having to perform manual calculations before an appointment.

The company also expresses the need for secure authentication via Microsoft SSO and strict data protection to ensure their confidentiality.

Solution

After several discussions with the teams of each division of the major group, together we validate the business need and launch the implementation of:

  • A minimum functional specification to align expectations and essential functionalities.
  • User flows that make it possible to precisely define key paths and interactions.
  • Figma models offering a first concrete vision of the solution.

These models are then submitted to field sales representatives, who validate 100% of the orientation of the tool.
