Currently, to request a collection from Tri'N'Collect, site managers must call the company, explain the type of waste (rubble, metals, tiles, etc.), and agree on a collection date.

After an audit of the company's information system, we design a solution dedicated to site managers. This solution takes the form of a mobile-first webapp with the following characteristics:
We designed the product by sprints, and the application was finally deployed to more than 800 Tri'N'Collect BtoB customers.
Site managers can now request a collection simply by taking a photo of the waste to be collected. The request is created automatically internally, and its status (planned, completed, cancelled, etc.) can be consulted in real time. They can also download documents attesting to the successful completion of the collection.
