The company is experiencing strong growth and is facing significant operational challenges, particularly regarding lisitings. Indeed, publishing on Leboncoin and La Centrale via the public graphical interface is especially time-consuming when dealing with hundreds of ads.
Vell is therefore seeking a solution to streamline this process and save time. As the project is still young, the internal technical team does not have the bandwidth to handle everything. Vell is therefore reaching out to us to provide them with an adapted solution.
After fully understanding the Vell operational tunnel during a videoconference with the team, we propose the development of several tailor-made tools to simplify their processes:
The API, the core of the system, is developed in Node.js + TypeScript and deployed on Google Cloud Run, ensuring automatic scaling according to demand. The architecture was designed to allow the startup to easily integrate new online ad presenters in the future, while ensuring the sustainability of the connectors with Leboncoin and La Centrale. A robust error management system has also been put in place to quickly identify any synchronization issues.
The web interface was first developed on Retool for quick implementation, then on Bubble to improve the user experience.
Finally, we used Airtable's “Interfaces” feature for the administration part.
The project was deployed in less than two months, allowing Vell to actively relaunch its recruitment!
